API Developer Portal
Creating a dedicated workspace for developers to centrally manage the end-to-end lifecycle of their APIs with colleagues with the API First Platform Producer Portal. These lifecycle activities include everything from API design, development and revision management to API documentation, testing, deployment and consumer support.

My contributions:
Platform Lead: Owned the design system and UI for all platform-facing pages.
IA & Strategy: Defined information architecture and core user personas through rigorous competitive analysis and market research.
UX Writing: Directed content strategy and UX writing while auditing technical documentation for consistency.
Usability Testing: Facilitated user testing sessions and spearheaded iterative design updates based on findings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Worked alongside back-end developers to align design goals with security protocols.
Great UX startS with a clear plan.
This information architecture for an external API Developer Portal maps out a clear, hierarchical developer journey from initial discovery to active integration.
Branching from the central homepage, the primary navigation is organized into discovery-focused sections—such as "Solutions" and "Products," which detail specific telecom-related API offerings like Authentication, Know Your Customer (KYC), and SIM Swap—and robust technical resources under "Documentation," which is further subdivided into overarching "Platform Guides" and API-specific "Usage Guides." To support the complete user lifecycle, the architecture also prominently integrates essential operational and engagement pathways, including "Support," "Early Access Program," "Create an account," and "Sign In," ensuring partners can easily navigate from exploring API capabilities to deploying and managing them.
Request a prototype demo
Due to the proprietary nature of my work, this portfolio focuses on project outcomes rather than internal methodologies. While I cannot share additional documentation publicly for security reasons, I am happy to provide a live 1:1 demo. I simply ask that no screen captures be taken during our session. In an industry built on trust and security, protecting this content remains my top priority.
